- Why don't I see the supplier whose brochures I want to order? Suppliers agree to participate in Travel Info Network on a monthly basis. Your supplier may not participate at all or may not be participating this month. Please let us know which supplier is not participating so we can encourage them to participate in the future. Direct that information to the Account Executive on the Contact page or use the comment section when you place an order.
- When can I expect to receive my brochures? Orders are shipped via UPS or First Class Mail. Standard delivery time is 5 - 10 business days.
- How do I change my order?
- After order is complete: Direct your request to the Account Executive on the Contact page.
- Before order is complete: Display your cart from the menu option. Change the quantity and click 'Add to Cart' button to save the new quantity. Or, to remove the item, click the red trash can icon. Alternatively, from the order summary page, click on the item description to change the item quantity or click the 'Edit' button to change the name/address.
- How do I cancel a completed order? Direct your request to the Account Executive on the Contact page.
- Can I place an order without using an Industry ID number? Yes, simply fill in the required name/address information marked by an asterisk. The login by Industry ID is just an aid to auto fill the name/address.
- Can I obtain more than the maximum quantity allowed by the site? Direct your request to the Account Executive on the Contact page.
- Is my personal information protected? Yes, all communication between the web page and the server is encrypted using HTTPS protocol. Additionally, the site host, Envision3 Distributing Co, is bound by non-disclosure agreements with the suppliers and has a fiduciary responsibility to safeguard your information.
- How can I learn more about a supplier? Display the brochures by supplier. Scroll to the bottom of the offerings and click the supplier logo. You will be directed to their web page in a new browser tab.
